I was surprised to see Mark Kirk being rolled out of meeting in a wheelchair this morning.

His left hand appeared velcro'd to the hand grip. Did he have another stroke recently? I thought he'd largely recovered and was climbing stairs and such.

I'm not a fan of his politics but he worked so hard to recover from that stroke it would be awful for him and his family for him to have to do it again.
