Mark Kirk

Has anyone seen the latest poll numbers? A few months ago, I was push polled by his campaign. Then two weeks ago, I got a strange message - again from his campaign, this time proudly pointing out how good he is for Illinois.

riiiiiight.

And any word on our side of the aisle? Tammy, and the others?

I sure hope she does the same for the senate seat. Kirk occasionally does the right thing, but not nearly often enough.

Actually either candidate, Tammy or Andrea, would be great. I have known Ms. Zopp for 30 years. Honest, very, very smart, and extremely ethical. She would be a fine senator. Both would be.

And now I'm getting really sick and tired of the attack ads against Tammy Duckworth. We haven't even had the primary yet and all he has to contribute to the political discourse is: "beware of the Syrian boogeyman! The FBI can't guarantee there might not be a terrorist among them." Btw, since when could that be guaranteed about anyone.

I sure hope his ass gets kicked in the general election.
