Things are looking bleak re: promised health benefits.

There's another one on Quinn's desk right now. I think its SB1313.

They are going after the health benefits of current employees and retirees - clearly violating the bargaining agreement.

tThugs and Dems together with Quinn leading the way.

who are in the process of retiring in order not to lose benefits. Supposedly it would take several years more work for those employees to recover the same level of benefits.
