Did Rauner violate state election laws?

This is only a late filing, people. This happens to committees and campaigns all the time. But he should have known better, and he should pay the fine.

Let's hope he is hit with every dishonest thing he has ever done. He had no business buying the governor's office in the first place.

we should be as pissed at him as he would be if he had managers late with reports to stock holders.
