If it were my lot, I would give them 30 days to move or clear and sue for damages. She will win.

Especially when it requires open hostility as one of the legal prongs. It is no use to say that there is a legal definition, because ordinary bastards read" open hostility" in street lingo and shorten the process. They also make our communities suck.
