Tropical storm warning added to O'ahu/Maui county. strong winds torrential rains
to affect islands late tuesday into wednesday with extended period of rain lasting after the center of the storm passes. Not a hurricane anymore but the rains can be catastrophic in the islands with all the mountains and valleys as they were in Hilo several weeks ago.
