most likely.

Most voters know they cannot wear campaign materials into a voting place or within X feet of a voting place, so most likely the women he threatened did not have any hats or jackets or signs or even T-shirt with either Trump or Harris campaign slogans, etc on them ( I don't know that, but if they have voted before they should know).

That leaves the fact that they were women. Perhaps they said something to him if he was spouting something at the line of voters. Doesn't matter, he waved a deadly weapon at them... he is going to jail and perhaps prison.
