Sunday night update (910p): Severe storms have ended in area but rain lingers.
Combined with downpours from earlier, some area streams flooding prompting flood warnings until late tonight (see map below). Don't attempt to cross a flooded road in your car. Turn around. Don't drown.
Also, about 20k in Northern Virginia are without power.
