1. I know that space is a premium in DC

But I hate the out of character additions on the roofs of row houses in DC

....moving a piano out of the house. I'd perhaps give this guy some small benefit of the doubt.

There's a guy on the porch, some kind of framework on the truck bed and another guy standing there.
