(139,478 posts)More wind tomorrow, forecast hi 44, moving up Tues and Wed, WAY up Thurs with rain. Friday 'best' day, hi 63, partly cloudy.

(48,865 posts)I wore warm socks, a down jacket, and warm hat. Perfect for having fewer tourists out seeing cherry blossoms because they were unprepared.

The wind here kept me in.
Used to work near Tidal Basin, so had many lunch time Cherry Blossom Time walks.
