4:45p Sunday: HEAVIEST snow yet inside the Beltway! Many spots now with 1-2" or so.

But, to our south, the snow-ice line is lifting north and northwest... so the snow will switch to ice in our southern areas next 45 mins or so and probably right around DC between 5:30 and 6p. Roads are snow-covered, visibilty is low. Stay in!
Let us know what you're seeing and how much snow you have and whether you've switched to ice. Please provide locations.
