*JUST IN: Severe t'storm watch for DC area until 10p Wednesday.
Storms probably most numerous between 4 to 6 p in immediate area but could linger a bit longer. Some intense cells already flaring along and east of I-81 near Winchester. Storms will be hit or miss, meaning not everyone will be affected.
