Another airport mishap.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) At least one person is dead after two jets collided on the runway at Scottsdale Airport, sources tell Arizonas Family.
Around 2:45 p.m., multiple emergency crews responded to reports of an emergency at the airport, near Scottsdale and Thunderbird roads.
According to the FAA, a Learjet 35A veered off the runway after landing and crashed into a Gulfstream 200 business jet on the ramp.
Video obtained by Arizonas Family shows the moment of impact as it skirts through the runway.
Scottsdale fire officials say one person was found dead upon arrival, while three people were hospitalized. A fifth person is still stuck inside one of the jets.
Arizonas Family Investigates has learned the Learjet is registered to Chromed in Hollywood which is registered in Wyoming with a principal agent listed as Vince Neil as with a Franklin, Tennessee mailing address.
Flight tracking site ADS-B Exchange showed the flight was coming in from Austin.

(18,323 posts)5. Yes, it seems one of the jets is registered to his company, "Chromed in Hollywood."
To my knowledge they have not named the deceased person, nor told us who else is on the airplane.
Motley Crew fans may be able to help us out here. I take it he is a major figure in that band.
