The actor that plays The Night Agent is a bit of a stiff but the storytelling is good.

1. Season 1 was better than season 2 but..

It was still good.

And she actually used my daughter's name in one episode.

3. The Shield 🛡️

The creator of The Night Agent also created The Unit, SWAT, Lie to Me, Timeless, and The Shield..

Shawn Ryan talked about what he looked for in casting Night Agent on the dvd commentary. He mentioned that he tries to keep an open mind when casting a show.

The Shield was an example he used to explain how Michael Chiklis got the part in spite of having a different notion of who should play the lead role.
