Lanceleaf tickseed



I used my portable studio light box to photograph this native wildflower (Coreopsis lanceolata), pulled from one of my flowerbeds this evening. The box has an array of LED lights and a set of backdrops.

I'd taken some shots of the flower in situ and got some nice bokeh from the surrounding blossoms and greenery, but wasn't happy with the results overall.
