(4,420 posts)Sprouts and a tour of the flower offerings. The colors are exquisite, the lilies' have a warm ambiance, the close detail of the golden rod colored blooms, and the blue flowers is like, being right there next to them. Thank you as always, Peggy, for posting your photographic works of art.

(8,425 posts)of the words that describe your Farmers' Market offerings Peggy. Each and every week you dazzle DUers. Today's presentation posts up pleasingly, again. Goodness gracious good you don't have to pay to develop film!
Week upon week we are pleasantly pleased and amazed at your imagination
and willingness to try new ways to see, new angles, near and far in and out of doors. Your good eye watches normal turn to notable.
We need you keep on keeping on. Gladly we take in the beauty
brought to us regularly. We love you. Appreciate you. We thank you!

It is one of my big reasons for living!

(8,425 posts)To record most anything of life, for current and future generations, is a true calling. To quote Ansel Adams "A great photograph is a full expression of what one feels about what is being photographed in the deepest sense and is, thereby, a true expression of what one feels about life in its entirety."

(4,760 posts)Your pictures inspire synaesthesia. The yellow button flowers are nubbly to the touch and the purple flowers are soft as down, the white callas sing like trumpets, the Aurelian lilies are scented, and the sprouts, well, I can taste them, while also imagining walking through them like a forest. What a nice way to wake up. Thank you, Peggy!

(154,657 posts)Nope, it's not watercress, but micro greens. When I was much younger, we called them bean sprouts.
They are fun to photograph.
