I seem to enjoy converting piano songs to acoustic guitar

I was working on Benny and the Jets last week when it hit me that I do a lot of piano songs.

Today I felt influenced to do Rich Girl by Hall & Oates. I watched an old clip of Daryl Hall playing it on his acoustic guitar on the Howard Stern show years ago. I didn't know it was originally written as Rich Guy, about a pompous, wealthy guy who was visiting Daryl and Sara Allen, but Daryl didn't think Rich Guy sounded right. I found it all so fitting with what is going on today so I'm playing it out and I'm keeping Rich Guy in the lyrics when I sing. It fits just fine with me in regard to the current events.

We used to do Piano Man without a keyboard player. We also did Whiter Shade of Pale. I played bass though, so it would've been the same for me either way. It was pretty comical doing Piano Man without the piano. "Rich Guy" sounds like it would be fun too. Good luck out there!
