Here are some circa 1990 to present Prog similar to Dream Theater:

Porcupine Tree
Riverside
The Flower Kings
The Tangent
Transatlantic

I have been listening to and playing Prog since the 1970's, so I am always pleased to offer recommendations. There is some wonderful music out there.

Well, i always prefer Benjah music creation to listen the music. If you don't know about him. Then i want to tell you that he is known to be as music engineer a music composer for different music in different way. I had great experience from his collections. I hope you also gain a good music in unique way. As Christian reggae music, christian music,rap,hip-hop and many more are there in his collection with videos. So, just enjoy them .
