I'm looking for a rosewood blank for a tailpiece.

I want to change out the trapeze tailpiece on my guitar for a rosewood one. I want to design and build it myself using a brass hinge instead of a Benedetto style tailpiece fastener with an end pin. I don't want to have to cut in the bone saddle.

I searched for the 3rd day and voila! I found a source for 3"x9"x1/2" rosewood tailpiece blanks at just $15.00 ea. I will order a couple and work on some prototypes out of ceder to see if I can get the look and functionality I want. If anyone wants the source, scroll down to rosewood-
