Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 29 in B♭ major, Op. 106, fourth movement...

The "Hammerklavier" is, to this day, considered to be one of the most difficult solo piano pieces ever written; it's not the most outright technically challenging piece ever, but the thematic complexity and totally unique progressions and chord structures make it one of the most hardest pieces ever written for the keyboard.

And this guy totally nails it.
