HAPPY VETERANS DAY

Today, as we honor America’s veterans on Veterans Day, we also honor soldiers on the front lines in another country, Ukraine, as they keep fighting and keep LIVING !!

In May 2025, Ken Casey was part of a team that delivered humanitarian aid to Ukraine. While in Kyiv, he joined his friends from Ukrainian punk band O’Hamsters in the studio. Together, they recorded a special version of the Dropkick Murphys song “Who’ll Stand With Us.”

Hearing the words of this song in the language of a nation at war brings a deeper meaning to the question WHO’LL STAND WITH US?

And a special shout out to the many American Veterans who are volunteering on the front lines WITH the Ukrainian forces.

I cranked that up and my daughter came charging in, singing along in English. At first she thought she heard it in German from the other room, but she then recognized the Ukrainian from the little she studied of the language.
