"Lily Was Here" by Candy Dulfer and Dave A Stewart.

The 1st time I heard Eurhythmics my ear immediately picked out the guitar. Dave Stewart is among the most underrated artists alive. His style and precision make for a unique sound that is unmistakably his.

Candy Dulfer is a Dutch Jazz and pop saxophonist who grew up with a musician father who trained her from a young age. She started her first band Funky Stuff when she was 14. Her discography list is lengthy, having recorded with many, many artists, including Pink Floyd, Van Morrison and Prince.

I don't know if Dave Stewart has an eye for talent or if he has a way to bring out the best in women, but this global hit is music to my ears. The Takemine Electro guitar solo at 3:15 is as good as anything I've heard on an acoustic guitar, and Candy's smooth sax makes me feel warm and comfortable.
