1. Perfect end to the night. spent a couple of hours earlier, listening to Mountain Stage.

5. I get it on XM satellite. NPR.

Then I got to remembering, back when I was a 'ute and got my first car. I drove all over the state - N.J. The car had A.M. FM wasn't available in cars in the 50's. After 7pm, or maybe it was 9pm, some of the local stations went dark and I could pick up stuff from other parts of the country.

Then one Saturday, MAGIC ! The Hayride, from WWDA in Wheeling, W. VA.

6. What a treat

to get music that you liked from other parts of the country.
I don't have XM satellite, but mountainstage.org has options to listen to the song of the week and live feeds.
I'll check it out.
