1. " The Bluegrass Album Bsnd"- one of my favorites . I have all

of their albums. Other 2 members were the amazing Tony Rice on guitar and Todd Phillips on bass. On some of the volumes, Vassar Clements plays fiddle and Mark Schatz plays bass. There is an all women bluegrass band, “Della Mae” that got their name from this song, “Big Spike Hammer”. 😊

2. IMHO,Tony Rice has never gotten the notice he deserves.

Jorma Kaukonen blew me away with his privately produced music. One of the 1st kick ass songs I heard on Youtube was this version of "Prohibition Blues". Yony, Douglas Barry M. nailed this with Jorma.
