It was played by Matt Fisher on a Hammond M-102.
That's a spinet, (only 44 keys per manual) and had limited drawbars for each manual. The fixed stops (sound) had paddle switches like on a Wurlitzer, Gulbransen or Lowry.
But, it was still a tone wheel organ so it sounded like a genuine Hammond.
Not sure if he played it through a Leslie cabinet or not.
Fisher sued Brooker over authorship because Brooker didn't credit him as a songwriter, and didn't share royalties. But, Fisher wrote that organ part which is integral to the song.
Fisher won & a judge gave him 40% of the royalties.

What I call rolling organ. This and Steve Winwood... I did always wonder why they denied any drug references, considering feeling kind of seasick and the ceiling flew away. But now I realize J Edgar Hoover was still around probably still investigating Louie Louie

Thanks for the chuckle!
My dad had a Hammond, but was an H series, so no Leslie. Had a good stereo shift that sort of sounded Leslie-like. Percussion wasn't as popping as a B series, but still pretty good.
I enjoyed playing it from time to time but I still was pretty focused on piano until I was 15. Then synths caught my ear, and multikeyboardist dreams kicked in.
