Important Ultraman question!

At least, I think it's Ultraman. Would have been the 1966 series, though it could have been Johnny Sokko or The Space Giants.
I have a super-vague memory of two villain characters, both women (I think) who wore dark glasses and at some point lost them, revealing eyeless faces, sort of like you'd see with adhesive eye patches.
I've done some casual googling, but then I figured I could consult the collected nerd-dom of the Lounge.
Any ideas?
