No anti-vaxxers yet. Most patients are coming in requesting their immunizations. One guy was hesitant, and I answered his questions and concerns. Then he got his immunization.
A couple of weeks ago, I treated a woman (not on my patient panel: her primary care provider was booked solid) for a URI. She was concerned that she had COVID. It turned out not to be, but I encouraged her to get vaccinated against it. She insisted that the COVID vaccine gives you myocarditis. I couldnt talk her off that ledge. I dont think shell be coming back to see me. That will save me the trouble of telling her to get vaccinated or get out.

(74,889 posts)I read the paper but I forget whose shot I got. But, the pharmacist said it was the "new one" which I assume was for this season.

I never would have dreamed that day in 2001 that I would still be here a quarter century later.
