Do any of you have a working Apple iPhone or iPad?

I posted about my dearest friend Rory the other day and I'm trying to find an Apple product that we can FaceTime each other on.
He has MS that has robbed him of most of his basic functions, including dialing a phone.
He FaceTimes his family and it works great as he can just tell Siri to call whomever.
It would allow him and me to be in touch daily instead of our current once a week.
The urgency in this request is that he's been diagnosed with Stage IV Melanoma and I really need to be there for him.
Please DM me if you have a solution to our dilemma.
Thank you for your kind thoughts to my prior post, I just haven't been able to respond without tearing up etc...

There is a version of FT that runs in your browser. Just search for "non Apple FaceTime" and you will find lots of instructions and tutorials.

The dilemma with that is that he needs to initiate that conversation and it requires him to send me an invite every time, which he can't.
