went on line to make a new ssa login.gov account. i went thru all the steps including taking a pic of my id . the system wanted a scan of my face and didnt take the pic as it said face not found. itt tried to compare my id pic which is 20 years ol. so tomrrow i am going to the post office to see if they can verify my id. hem wish me luck i saved all t h codes and important passwords too also.

3. Do you have a Fedex Office nearby? They do passport and ID photos on the premises

You get a good digital photo (and print) to take with you when you leave. No waiting for film developing etc. I think the cost is pretty reasonable too. I can't remember what I paid but I'm sure it was under $10.
