Been listening to Bruce Springsteen while posting tonight,

'Darkness on the Edge of Town' album which is probably my favorite,
for its blue collar commentaries... courtesy of Youtube although I possess the album
in several forms, including old vinyl....

Of course, 'Born To Run', 'The River' and 'Born In The USA' albums are also at the top of my list---
and I liked 'Tunnel of Love' very much as well....

Unfortunately, I tended to lose track of what Bruce was doing much after that,
because I paid less attention to music, and radio music paid less attention to Bruce, IMHO....

but one of my favorite Springsteen songs which I managed to discover in the latter years,
(no thanks to radio), was "This Hard Land"--- which I included in a July 4th playlist
for an illegal shortwave radio station....
Especially like the harmonica, which is very 'Dylan-esque'

If you stay on that thread, the next song (at least for me) is
"The Last To Die For A Mistake", a Springsteen reference
to what John Kerry said about the Vietnam war---
"who wants to be the last to die for a mistake",
my other favorite Springsteen song after the 80's....

Peace and love!
