All the buzz about the new Superman movie got me thinking about the "secret origin" story.

An elderly married couple find Superbaby and raise him as their own.
Nothing about reporting it to the authorities or adoption. Just find a baby and raise it.

Not only is Superman an undocumented immigrant, the Kents were serious libertarians.

…were indestructible, how was his Earth mother able to cut them up to sew his Superman suit? Wouldn’t ordinary Earth scissors and sewing machine needles have broken?
