I got an email from Debra Hugh. The body was a pretty official looking PayPal statement for an iPhone for someone I never heard of. It said they noticed suspicious activity
They wanted me to call them if it wasn't me. The supposed transaction was June 26.
I logged into my PayPal account. No such transaction is listed & without digging I can go back to Jan 1, and check past transactions. Also, pending & hold activities can be searched.
I found nothing.
This is s complete fake, even though it looks official.
So, be aware.

(3,010 posts)Emails from Paypal are from paypal.com .
Emails from scammers are from XSxjmFSS@reisburger.shop or something that's not Paypal. That address, by the way is from an email i just received in my junk folder. It's posing as an email from United Health telling me I "WON AN ORAL-B SERIES 8!"
I guess people actually fall for this stuff.
