7/3, physician's waiting room. Patient 2 is sitting in a chair. Patient 1 comes out of the exam room.

Patient 1: to anyone in the room. "Happy 4th."

Patient 2: "Same to you."

Patient 1: "I don't celebrate the 4th of July."

I'll be a while figurin' on that.
