Getting out of United Health.

My friend was advised by her physician that United is not the best choice for her particular medical issue. Medicare A & B would better serve.

Can she switch now or does she have to wait until October? If now, how does she proceed?

She can wait until the fall, or during her birthday month she can make a switch.

She should contact a Medicare specialist.
