What do you use My Notes for?

Never used it. Can't figure out what the purpose of this feature is.

1. It's for keeping track of random thoughts during the course of your day

so you can try to remember what those notes mean later in the evening

I use it to keep track of the books, by year, I checkout at the library.

I make my shopping list for the Commissary, Costco, and the Navy Exchange.

I keep a not on the medications I'm on so when I'm asked I can tell the doctor.

I keep the names of people who live in our small condo complex and which unit they live in.

Information on my car such as License Plate number, VIN, the type of oil it takes, what part number each of the tail lights is. The type of battery the key fob uses. The part number for the cabin air filter. And what type of car wax I use.

My SiriusXM radio codes and instructions on how to reset the radio.

My printers and the cartridges they take.

Bowling notes and bowling ball specs.

And jotting down temporary notes.

5. You keep these notes on DU?

Windows has a notes app that does exactly what you stated.....I guess I don't understand why you'd use DU for these kind of notes.

I assumed "My Notes" were for keeping links on the specific topic that you are posting to on DU.

28. Well you should be using it! It has a very special feature that everyone should know about.

You can open notes, hit the camera button -it will open camera, you can scan a document, article, any text whatever! This photo remains in your notes as pdf document. A real time saver to resend any signed documents back as pdf files.
