Potatoes make french fries, chips, and vodka. It is like the other vegetables are not even trying.

3. Potatoes skins. And you can grow them in kelp seaweed (they

don't come out already salted though). Vichyssoise is the best French food/cold soup out there - also made with potatoes.

And slather them with butter and bacon bits and onions and cheese. And, most importantly, you can have a baked potato BAR. Good Lord, who knew how awesome potatoes could be. I guess potatoes are like countertops, we take them for granite.
