Girlfriend took me to see Blue Beetle

Superhero movie. But being DC it can be either hit or miss. But this movie was really a fun watch. First superhero where his family is involved instead of in the dark. Really good movie. Good jokes where they were needed. George Lopez funny as hell the whole time.

Never read the comic. But I hear it does it justice.

1. Saw it today with my Dad

I liked it. DC is obviously hit or miss and this one was kind of in between. I was trying very hard to be the offspring of a Marvel movie with a Fast and Furious movie. Didn't always make it, but drew a few tears and a few cheers from this old movie watching guy. I hope they get to make a sequel where we can see something beyond the origin story.

3. I'd like to see it. Never really read in the comics but sometimes he showed up in crossovers.

I like the premise, ought to be good.
