I'm home bound, and spend a lot of time on Reddit. I notice many communities are now set to private community.

I know there's been a change, but I'm not sure i understand that change. Anybody here browse Reddit and noticed a change?

Tia

In solidarity for those who need the APIs that Reddit is trying to monetize even though Reddit will not provide those features. The biggest for me are the ones that make Reddit usable for those who are blind or with poor eyesight. I am in neither category, but that is such an easy thing to do, Reddit trying to charge the 3rd party creators who have made it possible is offensive.

I agree totally about Reddit. The owners are offensive with their stand regarding third party apps.

They also try to shut down/harass some of the subs if they don't like the cause or politics.
