Ideas for a gift for my neighbor?

He plowed my driveway and I’m out of ideas. In the past I’ve taken over 2 lbs of shrimp, homemade cookies, alcohol (a couple times) and a gas gift card.

He won’t take money. In fact, I think the gas card embarrassed him. I was thinking he uses up gas to plow, so…

Any fresh ideas? I appreciate him doing my driveway, unasked, and like to take over a little something in thanks.

to tell the town what a great neighbor you have. Let the whole town know what a great guy lives in their town.

6. I'm going with home baked goodies.

You could tell him you really appreciate him doing the driveway for you and you’d like to return the favor. Is there something he especially likes from the kitchen? If he says that’s not necessary don’t push. He’s doing your driveway because it feels good to give. Pay it forward. Donate to the local food bank, animal shelter etc.

7. Invite him and family over for a nice dinner.

"pass it on". That might suit him.

Unless he’s dieting, I think he would really enjoy homemade cookies or some type of cupcakes or loaf cake. Plus if he has a family he can share with them. Also I think it would mean more to him that you took the time to make something. Just my thoughts.

17. If you are an arts and crafts type of person,

make something for him. Everyone likes hand-made gifts.
