I was watching one of my favorite vlogs on YouTube and the creator said that if you say, "I'm returning a call" the automated system kicks you to an actual person. I had to call UPS and it actually works.

I'll try that too, sometimes if you hit 0 it will skip you to a live operator person...nt

It often works, but if you just mumble or say nonsense, it does the same thing.

hit "OO" and that sends you to a 'live' person........

It's probably just an urban myth but definitely worth trying.
