Montana judge rules in favor of 16 young people in climate change case - NBC News

In the first case of its kind to go to trial, a Montana district judge ruled that the young plaintiffs’ rights to a clean and healthy environment were violated. The state will likely appeal. NBC News’ Anne Thompson reports.

Getting a taste of what it takes to make their voices heard. It it’s appealed, another lesson for them as I don’t think they’ll give up. Would love to be able to check in on them every so often and see how they fare and how many will someday maybe run for office. Keep hope alive, kinda thing. Their community need to support them.
