I'm not looking for a car, but I've known folks who are, and the prices are out of sight - so I wondered why.

The reason was the CHIPS because all the companies were overseas and they could not get CHIPS. Biden’s CHIPS bill is changing that is bringing those jobs home.

The new INTEL plant they are building here did not break ground until Biden signed the bill. Biden was here at the ceremony. They were breaking ground behind him. The CEO said this was the new Silicon Valley. The whole area is exploding, land prices going up, new infrastructure being built. New businesses opening In Southeastern Ohio. I do not feel bad that I live in Southwestern

I still have my Union label on my Buick, like new but it is 13 years old. They still help support me and I still pay Union dues voluntarily.

I finally had to give up my 2001 Pontiac in 2017 because there was nothing more I could do to make it pass inspection. So I got a 2016 Chevy Malibu, same size and it handles much the same. I didn't have too many choices at the GMC auto dealership I stick with, these days it's all SUVs and trucks. But I've been happy with my choice - like you, I tend to hang on to my cars, my Chevy still feels like a new car to me.
