then he would have to testify in person to back up that claim. No one else can say what his frame of mind was at that time.

That's the trap: setting up tRump to have to testify in his defense, which would be disastrous to his cause.

7. We should promote the fact that tfg needs to testify

to every R that will listen, maybe if enough Rs on social media would start talking about him getting on the
witness stand to "tell it like it is" he just might think he's being the HERO. Granted his lawyers would
advise him against it, but he's known to ignore them.

If he's so innocent, wouldn't taking the stand be the most sensible solution?

Funny thing is, they know this their claims of innocence are bogus. They persist with the bogus claims because they know it sets us off. Looks like we may end up having the last laugh.
