Years ago Wyoming amended their Constitution to include a section about how government shall not tell any individual how to deal with any health care issue. This was in response to the ACA, which the GOP strongly objected to.

Now Wyoming's Congress has passed a law banning abortion. A supreme court judge has declared that abortion law unconstutional bacause that is in conflict with the ammendment they passed about the ACA.
