Say, why don't you try enacting legislation that would actually help your constituents and all Americans? Like healthcare. Voting rights. Reproductive rights for all people. Gun safety. You know, things that matter.

Constitution case by case in whatever way will support what they want to do. The same seems to be the case with the conservative members of the Supreme Court.
