DOJ declares Donald Trump DOES NOT have immunity for Jan. 6 speech inciting violence at the Capitol

The Department of Justice filed a brief in court declaring that Donald Trump does not have immunity against a law suit field against him by US Capitol police officers and members of Congress for what they suffered at the Capitol on January 6.

This is the first time the DOJ has announced that Trump was acting outside his official duties as president when he gave a speech inciting imminent lawless violent action. This is an important step on the road to accountability for Donald Trump. - Glenn Kirschner - 03/02/2023.

Not to mention, Jack Smith is now on the job - and going after TFG is his only job. His subpoenas of Mike Pence and Jared and Ivanka indicate he's in the home stretch. *fingers crossed*

Justice matters.

Although that one is a Civil one.

When he'll get criminally charged and convicted, and incarcerated, he will have to "defend" himself in endless Civil suits from his prison cell.
