        . . . because all law is settled until such time as it is challenged and overturned. Kavanaugh's use of that phrase was a cynical ploy designed to give cover to people like Susan Collins. No one should have been fooled by it!

So much for "settled law." Originalism rears its ugly head. Originalists are like fundamentalists. They start with the answer they want and then "find" support in the Constitution or Bible -- usually the Old Testament.
Stock up on birth control pills; birth control will be their next target.
