Watch out if you've used the word 'marijuana' on Twitter or Facebook. Via Alternet: "...According to an internal DHS document released by the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), the department and/or a DHS subcontractor is searching social networks like Facebook and Twitter for all kinds of keywords, which are then made into reports about "items of interest" (IOI). The list of terms is HUGE, and according to the blog Animal New York, "the DHS can also add additional search terms circumstantially as deemed necessary"...". 2. What ever you don't let agent Mike catch you Twitting : BOMB, Police Department, FBI,

Federal building, plans. For example the police and FBI were watching and infiltrating a quaker women's group instead of looking for bombs in federal buildings where there might be real plans to low up something, especially if the bomber was high on meth instead of marijuana.

by everyone typing in a word or phrase on the list?
Given how frequently some of those words are used, how can they possibly sift thru them all?

How can they make any sense out of the data they collect??

Do they even know what is in The Urban Dictionary???

The "war on drugs" has been an incredibly expensive fiasco! Think of what this nation could have done with that money! the cost of this stupidity has far reaching roots with very negative returns (but the illegal drug industry would never want to change that -they're the only ones profiting from it!)
