Representative-elect Adelita Grijalva (D-AZ) posted a video tour of her new office to show House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) why she can’t get down to business for her constituents.

Critics claim Johnson has been delaying Grijalva’s swearing in since she was elected nearly a month ago to fill her late-father’s congressional seat. Grijalva believes it’s because she has vowed she will be the 218th petition signer needed to get Congress to demand the Epstein files.

“Look at what happened,” Grijalva said at the start of her video, which she posted to X on Thursday. “We got access to the office. Check out this super cool printer. I can’t print to it, though, because I don’t have a government email.”

She continued, “So, in the office, we have several desktops. But they have an administrator passcode and I don’t have that. Check out this cool stack of laptops. Guess what? I can’t unlock them.”

7. No. The only times there has been a refusal to swear in members of Congress

before this always involved allegations of corruption or disputed elections or other wrongdoing.

5. Several commenters on that thread are telling her to just show up

at pedoprotector mikeys' press conferences with bible in hand and force him to swear her in. Problem i see with that is:
he is surrounded by security, who most likely know what she looks like.
the press allowed at these so called "pressers" are nothing more than mikeys mouthpieces.
As soon as she shows up, he will abruptly end his presser, have his security hustle him "offstage", make some bogus claim of feeling threatened in some way by her approach, and sanction her, using using the shutdown as an excuse. (Yes, I'm know she actually has to be sworn in to be sanctioned, but we're talking lawless repukes here, who have never given a flying eff about law and order despite all their lip service to it as a talking point).
He might even get the doj to create some trumped up charge to try to violate the will of her voters and get her removed from office.

She is doing the right thing right now, going on various social media platforms and letting her constituents know why she is not being allowed to do her job.
