Suit claims Missouri's new congressional map may leave some in 2 districts

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A new lawsuit that has been filed against Missouri’s newly passed congressional maps claims the effort may have had an unintended result.

It claims voters in an area of Kansas City, Missouri, will vote for two members of Congress if Governor Kehoe signs his new map into law.

The area in question is at 69th and Oak and Holmes Rd and Troost Ave from 70th to 75th Streets.
